Through exploration, I discovered that people are not bound to repeat old patterns; with awareness and practice, we can create new ones. Learning Ayurvedic principles and the wisdom of the doshas gave me tools to align with my body’s needs and set myself up for success. Over time, I developed a method that weaves together science, spirituality, and lived human experience.
Breath to Movement now serves as a space where others can access these same tools for healing and growth. Whether through yoga therapy, breathwork, EFT tapping, or transformational retreats, my goal is to guide individuals back into their bodies, restore balance, and inspire lasting change.
My vision is to build a community where people cultivate self-worth, self-love, and responsibility for their choices. Together, we can learn to let go of what we cannot control, choose what truly serves us, and embrace the possibility of transformation—with every breath and every movement.
