What Is EFT Tapping

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping draws from ancient Chinese acupuncture practices to stimulate the nervous system and can help reduce stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. Instead of needles like you see used in acupuncture, this technique relies on touch to stimulate acupressure points. Tapping points can differ depending on you and your needs, but typical procedures focus on these locations: around the eyes, nose, and lips, collarbone, underarms, top of the head, heels, or side of the hands.

What are the benefits of EFT Tapping?

Some studies show EFT Tapping Therapy can be effective for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). People who have tried EFT Tapping have experienced lower heart rates and blood pressure as well as a lower level of cortisol, which is a stress hormone.

How long is an EFT Tapping session?

Session time ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule, needs, and goals. Breath to Movement aims to meet you where you’re at to help you find relief and healing.

How much does a session cost? 

Cost may range from $30 to $75 per hour. There is a late fee of $20 for a 30-minute session or $30 for a 60 minute session.

Where do we meet?

As your comfortability is essential with EFT Tapping, there are a few location options. We can practice:

  • Virtually so that you can practice from anywhere

  • At home in person

  • At a nearby gym or studio
