What Is Breathwork Detox?

​Breathwork detox is a powerful meditation practice that utilizes breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system and increase oxygen circulation throughout the body. Breath to Movement will work with you to determine your goals and design meditations and breathing exercises suited to your individual needs. 

 

Everyone can benefit from this practice, and it isn’t limited to those with specific conditions. In fact, professional athletes often engage in daily breathwork to calm their autonomic nervous system and sharpen their focus. 

 

There are several benefits to regular breathwork practice, including:

  • Increases energy levels

  • Improves sleep 

  • Better pain management

  • Improves digestion

  • Sharpens mental focus

How long is a breathwork detox session?

Session time ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule, needs, and goals. Breath to Movement aims to meet you where you’re at to help you find relief and healing.

How much does a session cost? 

Cost may range from $30 to $75 per hour. There is a late fee of $20 for a 30-minute session or $30 for a 60 minute session.

Where do we meet?

As your comfortability is important when doing breathwork detox, there are a few location options. We can practice:

  • Virtually so that you can practice from anywhere

  • At home in person

  • At a nearby gym or studio
