What Is Yoga Therapy?

Integrative yoga therapy combines yoga philosophies and poses with meditation, breathing exercises, and other tools targeted to benefit mental health. These sessions are constructed to meet your needs and can be one-on-one or in a small group setting. While it is preferable to have a therapist before starting yoga therapy, it is not a requirement.

How long is each yoga therapy session?

Session time ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule, needs, and goals. Breath to Movement aims to meet you where you’re at to help you find relief and healing.

How much does a session cost? 

Cost may range from $30 to $75 per hour. There is a late fee of $20 for a 30-minute session or $30 for a 60-minute session.

Where do we meet?

As your comfort level is paramount when engaging in yoga therapy, there are a few location options. We can practice:

  • Virtually for an online yoga therapy session so that you can practice from anywhere

  • At home in person

  • At a nearby gym or studio
